Actualy I quite agree on your points and I have Nuvola installed as well
but...
1. Changing Iconteams very often doesent make KDE look good. Maybee in the
next major release (KDE4).
2. Are the sources avalible. I think the Main "Default" Icon theme can only
be the default if the vector sources are avalible.
These are my Points to see the matter.
