Hi!

After a long time now a new version of KGoodStuff the KDE ButtonBar :)
I think that this should be now feature complete and very stable this
now is version 1.0.0!!!

What's NEW:

- Documentation written with LyX (so you have .ps .dvi and .html)
- Better handling of swallowed applications
- New command substitution options %s:i:<more opts>: and %s:c:<more opts>:
  This is very helpfull if you need to activate some flags in a command or
  add some input to a command interactively. This means before calling the
  actual command a Dialog window is opened with input-fields and checkboxes!
  (look in the documentation for better explanation and example)
- AutoHide feature included. KGoodStuff now can hide if put on the side of
  the screen as kpanel does.
- Stay on top option (very helpfull in conjunction with AutoHide)
- commandline option -window-managed, so that it can be called with
  other windowmanager.
- new position checkboxes now you can define KGoodstuff to stay upper-left,
  upper-right, lower-left or lower-right or floating as the old behaviour.

In addition there are some minor bug fixes (nothing really important)
