Hi all!

I've just released KDbg 1.0beta3. This is a release candidate. Unless there are
show-stopping bug reports, this will be release 1.0.

Changes:

        Removal of minor misfeatures.

        Prepared for KDE 2 and Qt 2 (it's a configure option:
        --with-kde-version=2).

        Added Russian documentation (thanks to
        Ilmar S. Habibulin <ilmar@ints.ru>) and German documentation.

        There is now a Spanish translation thanks to
        Manuel Soriano <manu@europa3.com>.
