I had some permission trouble uploading to upload.kde.org, so it's
currently available at http://ultra7.unl.edu.ar/pws, until I have a chance
to try again.

Web serving for people who are scared of apache.

In brief:
---------

PWS is a package that includes a web server (mathopd) and a KDE program
to configure it. Simple, quick, you don't need to be root, no text file
editing, you can start it, stop it, or configure it all from a GUI.

You can make it serve different files on different ports, ideal to share
stuff when you are, for example, on IRC (transfering the same file to 120
people is ANNOYING!, with PWS you just tell them all "get it from
http://my.server.com:8000/pamela.jpg", if you see what I mean)

Still some missing functionality, and utterly docless, but the basics are
there.
