This are the changes for this version:

- small bugfix for the phonebook-format

Thanks to the various people who mailed me their success with ksendfax :)
I inserted some of the configuration options for the fax-packages
HylaFax, mgetty+sendfax and efax sent me by this people to the documentation,
so people may have some hint what faxcommand to insert for their systems.

I had also a report from "Reinhold Schoeb" (author of the program Newtonlink),
who uses ksendfax as faxing interfax for StarOffice #:O), he also reports:
