KReversi-0.3 is out!

What's new:
	- bugfixes
	- support for new toolbar (though toolbar is not moveable yet)
	- Sound support (you'll need kaudioserver and libmediatool for
	  sound)

SOUND: though kreversi now supports sounds, the soundfiles I've included
are not good. If you think you've better sounds - please mail them to me
(WAV uuencoded prefered). I need soundfiles for the following actions:
	- putting a piece
	- game lost/won/drawn
	- hall of fame
	- invalid field clicked
