Is there a way to restrict the decorations for dialogs to nothing
more than a resizable border with pop-up menus?

We are porting an application from IRIX using Motif which has a
large number of dialogs.  Screen space is at a premium and
title-bars are a waste of space.  Under IRIX and the mwm the
decorations can be selected for each dialog.  Is there a mechanism
for this under KWin?  Is there any actual documentation for KWin?
