Hi everyone,

In the color tab of the Display properties, the only way i can change the color
of the panel and the taskbar is by changing "background"  I like to have my
panel and taskbar black, but if the background is black, widgets etc. in
the normal windows can't be seen.  I  was wondering if there was a more specific
way of changing colors, and if so, how.
