When I read my message above I recognize, that it might be interpreted
wrong. Yes no browser does support this HTML 4.0 feature!

It was what I intended - My idea was to use the includes without any
interference by the server, but this does not work (yet?).
The second thing to think of was something like Your includes (which are
a possibility I havīnt thought of - thanks BTW). Zope and Midgard are
the high level aproach to the problem.
I wonder why it is a problem to run them on the KDE-server...

Maybe we will think of SSI`s to aproach the problem.
