I'm assuming there's still some development going on as to kcc, so I've
attached a small patch, that corrects a typo (File->Apply & &Exit) to
(File->Apply &Exit).  I also noticed that kfm didn't load my background
until I went to the parent directory, and back to the original dir
(reloading would probably have done the same thing).
