Well not being able to move the mouse into it would appear to be an Xfree 
issue. Remember you must set up Xfree for correct xinerama operation as well. 
Read the docs or see xfree86.org.  Some distros have tools that set up 
relative monitor positions etc but as I said I dont use it.
