If you have Tom as an alias, and change Tom's email adress in Kadressbook this 
adress will be changed in all distributions where you have Tom as entry. The 
only thing you have to do is to restart Kadressbook (i would be much better 
if we could have some kind of sync button to do these changes without 
restarting Kadressbook :)
