The difference is simple:
- editors can now put their stuff directly into the document, the chief
editor only has to verify the tags now
- all editors can apply typo/URL/markup fixes
- the templates are a valuable example reference for markup stuff
Like I said, I started a new issue in CVS, so let's all find some
interesting topics to cover!
