True. Didn't thought about that. Michal probably did neither.

I think your proposal is generally good. I just have a few questions: What 
about older stable branches? Most distributors have support for 18 months or 
longer. What if a distributor commits 2.0 fixes after 2.1 was released? Isn't 
this the same situation as now with translations in branches/k3b/2.0/po/ and 
Scripty picking nothing up? Doesn't moving the translations to 
branches/stable/l10n-kde4 just postpone the problems?
