the tomcat configuration should be pretty much the same. the only
difference you're gonna see is you'll need an oracle SQL file to
populate the database. that's part of our distribution, so you're good
to go there. and of course, i'm assuming your tomcat servlet container
is going to provide some sort of DB connection pooling. the websphere
documentation should explain how to configure your datasource. if you
use JNDI, once you have your datasource configured in the application
server, jUDDI should just wake up and find the DB source. 
 
also, what version of tomcat are you going to be using? you might want
to look over the list archives to make sure you've got a supported
tomcat/ axis configuration. there's been a number of emails about jUDDI
and the newest tomcat and axis libraries.
