Subject:    can't get JMeter 1.7 to work

When I try to run the jmeter.bat (version 1.7) program under Windows 2000,
I
get the following error message:

Do I need to install something else before I can use JMeter 1.7? Or is
there
something wrong with the CLASSPATH?
