 I don't think so. But the generated java code is part of the
implementation
of the ORB, so it has to be different.

 As long as you use the same object adaptors (POA, BOA..) and so, there
wouldn'n be much problem on doing the switch, IMO. Possibly you'll have
to inherit from classes with different name.

 We made a switch from Visigenics to JacORB and the main embarassment
came
from changing the BOA code with POA code.

 We've been using JacORB for a while to talk to Visigenic Visibroker for
Java without any problem. I also have tested JacORB with ORBit and it's
OK till now.
