Possibly.  If you don't have /usr/bin/expr because /usr isn't mounted,
that may explain things.  To test, try to strip down S10pfil to only
do the minimum...

	echo > /dev/pfil
	autopush -f ${PFILAP} 2>/dev/null 1>&2

(this is assuming that you have already configured /etc/opt/pfil/iu.ap)
