Of course Wikimedia already has an encyclopedia/almanac/gazetteer (Wikipedia), 
translating full dictionary/thesaurus (Wiktionary) and compendium of famous 
quotations (Wikiquote), so Wikibooks won't be replicating those "books" (just 
linking to them).
