Greetings all,

The missing DLL was ITKCommon.dll.  It turns out that despite the  
fact that the archive claim that no DLLs are used, this DLL is  
created and is in fact required in order to run the code with VC  
7.1.  It might be nice if the archives reflect this information.   
FWIW I used VC tool dumpbin to find the required DLLs.
