CEF per-packet forwarding will do the trick.

Multilink PPP is a CPU hog on 7200's but CEF will work just fine as long
as the far end can do per-packet load balancing as well.

This is at the DS1 level, with a max of 24 DS0's (56/64k) in each DS1, not
crossing DS1 bountries.
