I've built qmail from source countless times on various systems and have
never seen these "subsystems", or the "qmail-run" directory.  Unless those
SRPM's have alot of patches that you want on them, I'd just get the
sources for everything you want to run and go from there.  The Inter7
stuff is pretty cool, too.  You should be able to find links to everything
you need at www.qmail.org
