In the doc, you should also make it clearer the relation between this API and
the API that gets the tailored characters. In particular, let's say that the UCA
has 'ab' and 'cd' as contractions, and the tailoring X tailors m and n, and adds
'ef' as a contraction, but removes 'cd'. The result for X should be:

contractions: [{ab}{ef}]
// all the contractions 'active' in X

tailoring: [mn{ab}{cd}{ef}]
// all characters and sequences that will sort differently in X than in UCA.
