With Arnaud's help, I have developed a project lifecycle proposal along the lines of \
the Open Daylight project, and posted it to the Proposals wiki [1]. I welcome \
comments and feedback. We can discuss on this week's TSC call. I'd also welcome any \
alternative proposals.
