Dear  All,
 
 
while sending the mail using mailx command  i am getting follwoing error
 
Action: failed

Status: 5.1.2

Remote-MTA: DNS; mailhost

Diagnostic-Code: SMTP; 550 Host unknown

 

Can you please suggest.
 
We have entry /etc/hosts file. but no entry in /etc/hosts.equiv file ?
is it the reason?
can any help me  with entry fomat
