Hi Sorin,
The customer can give me VNC access to both systems. I was going to check
it for bluetooth devices.
I had also read from Microsoft, that they install MS's bluetooth driver in
SP2.
I am thinking it is probably an MS update that is causing this. But I am
not sure.
Is there some sort of system dump info or system config info I could get
from the system and look at it that you know? Maybe a program to list the
devices etc...
If you know of any such programs, I can run them and then post them here.
Also, if someone at real wants to pursue this, I could probably arrange
for VNC access to the systems for someone at real if they want to look at
this. They are at University of Alaska.
Thanks,
Brian
