 It is possibly useful in cases where Debugger is not available, not
 working or not convenient. For example it is not installed, or it crashes
 when trying to debug the app.

 I agree it may not be something to put directly in every users hands, but
 users should never see that crash dialog anyway, right? ;) So we can be a
 little more technical than usual here.

 We can review the layout of that window if it's too wide. Maybe put the
 buttons vertically instead of horizontally?
