When you say you can't see the second graph, do you mean the window is blank or that
the drawing is there but too small? If the former, I'm guessing the problem is that,
rather than being too small, the drawing is very large and you are only seeing the
lower left corner of the drawing, which is empty. You should be able to use a viewer
that allows you to pan over the drawing. Or you can add the line

   size="8,10"

into the second graph, which will cause the final drawing to be scaled to 8x10 inches.
(Of course, you can pick other numbers besides 8 and 10.)

If these suggestions don't work, or if you're seeing a different problem, please send
us the graph and tell us how you ran dot and what tool you used to view the output.
