I've updated my page on how to set up the PowerShot S20 and similar cameras to
use the USB interface to reflect the change of gtk-old to gtkam.

I've also put up an improved version of the usb_perms program (it can now
automatically start as a daemon and can handle the HUP signal to re-read its
resource file.
