i added a quickcam I/II color/black&white library.

i will be adding/commiting to CVS tomorrow. it will take a pre-set number
of frames from the camera (like 10 or 20 or something), and return those
as thumbnails.

the real benefit would be down the road with the video4linux driver.
although, doing a search, i could NOT find a Video conferencing
application for Linux!!! ahhh!

anyone know of one?
