This is indeed the case; the docs that come with it have instructions for
setting up the MS clustering service for NT and 2000, but nothing in this
regard for Linux. It does mention that shared logical drives need to be
set up in write-through mode as opposed to write-back (though there is no
definition of either on in the install manual).

All the info that I have is available from the IBM website; I can send
you some URLs privately i you require. The printed docs that came with
the items in question are basically dead tree versions of the PDFs on the
website.
