And, AFAIK, has been completely untested. I don't know if there is a single

As noted in metadata.xml, I am currently maintaining it. msterret probably 
just did some mass change to all ebuilds since the last change. Feel free to 
mark it stable if you have reason to believe it has actually been tested.
