Developers,

I'm still having intermittent DSL problems.  This means that you may have
difficulty connecting to cvs.gentoo.org during certain times of the day.  Qwest
continues their week-long pattern of denying all responsibility, even though
we've determined that this is a central office issue.  ILECs are evil :)
