One of the things we really need at this point is an improved repoman with 
support for overlays, able to check the deps against overlaid profile instead 
of main ones.

I think what is needed is mostly:

- let it ignore .svn dirs if found
- let it look for ${PORTDIR} when not executed on a CVS checkout
- let it look for a specific file in the overlay that tells which profiles to 
check, as at the moment iirc it checks the keywords against the profiles.desc 
file that shouldn't be overlaid.

Is someone willing to start working with Brian on that? :)
