I have an application with an X event handler set up for
VisibilityChangeMask.  Under mwm or dtwm, it fires successfully on
either a VisibilityPartiallyObscured or VisibilityFullyObscured event.
Under fvwm95 (fvwm95-2.0.43b under Solaris 2.5.1), only the
VisibilityFullyObscured event is honored; the
VisibilityPartiallyObscured event never gets delivered to my
application.  Any explanations?  Theories?  Workarounds?
