I forgot to say. Using unixODBC 2.0.4 transaction failed using Sybase
server (TDS 5.0) and problem was related to unixODBC not resetting state
to S1 after SQLEndTran. As said unixODBC 2.xx should not be used for
64bit due to some 64bit issues.
