No, confusingly enough Cistron Radius is distributed not
only from ftp.cistron.nl but from ftp.freeradius.org as well,
and the CVS snapshots of Cistron Radius are only available
from ftp.freeradius.org.

I think we'll have to create www.radius.cistron.nl and
ftp.radius.cistron.nl and uses those hostnames for everything.
