I think there is a default inference rule.

Try ``make llib-${libname}.ln''.

However, be warned, our libc is still not lintable (i.e., it won't
create any lint lib at all, since there is at least one type conflict,
struct pmap is defined twice in different contexts), so lint is not of
much use.
