I just noticed that ccd doesn't set the b_bufsize field of the
(struct buf).  There are various parts of the system that can
get confused given that.  I have absolutely NO way to test it,
but I suggest that the b_bufsize field be set to be the same
as b_bcount page rounded (or perhaps the same exactly.)
