Description of problem:
Trying to build OpenQA on RHEL-7 and I have hit this cyclic dependency:

perl-DBIx-Class depends on perl-Class-DBI-Plugin-DeepAbstractSearch which
depends on Perl-SQL-Abstract which depends on perl-DBIx-Class

I was told there should be a way how to overcome this missing dependency.

perl-Class-DBI-Plugin-DeepAbstractSearch-0.08-25
