Actually it's painful to look at traditional syslog syntax after the
nice syslog-ng streamlined format. And "reconfigure" is only people who
didn't keep the default conf (not the vast majority of users). And this
kind of user will rewrite his conf file to take advantage of the
filtering modern syslog replacements allow anyway.
