Summary: memory bug in XML_Parse

Initial Comment:
A check should be added to the end of XML_Parse() in 
xmlparse.c --- the line currently reads

memcpy(XML_GetBuffer(parser, len), s, len);

but XML_GetBuffer can return 0.
