Unlikely - the change to "configure.in" just changed the directory in
which we install plugins, and I don't think there've been any changes
since Gerald's checkin that should've affected that.

Perhaps changing "configure.in" caused a reconfiguration, and perhaps
that changed something, or caused a recompile that got rid of a bad
version of some file, or something.
