i accidentaly started x without xinerama, and it duplicated my iconbox and
pager. I closed one of each, and restarted x with xinerama. turns out i
closed the wrong ones. i was able to bring my iconbox back up, but i cannot
figure out how to get the pager back. any ideas? i am running e16 btw
