Hi.  I'm new to this list, so pardon me if I am repeating something =
that has already been hashed out in the discussion.  I'm sure you have =
mentioned the "secret" (both parties are prevented from disclosing the =
terms of the agreement by wording in their contract) agreement between =
NPR and RIAA for DMCA-invoked royalties.  Has anyone questioned the =
legality of the secrecy part, particularly since NPR is funded by =
taxpayer funds (CPB) and most NPR affiliates are funded by public funds =
(through state or state uinversity funds) or non-profit organization =
funds?  Thanks, and keep up the good work!
