The error was visible in the zone file excerpt you posted:
 192/27                          NS      ns1.dnshostmaster.com
 192/27                          NS      ns2.dnshostmaster.com

But I didn't notice the problem until I asked their servers for the NS
records for 192/27.234.115.203.in-addr.arpa.:
$ dnsq ns 192/27.234.115.203.in-addr.arpa ns1.arc.net.my
and they responded with
ns1.dnshostmaster.com.192/27.234.115.203.in-addr.arpa. and
ns2.dnshostmaster.com.192/27.234.115.203.in-addr.arpa.

I asked them for that reverse lookup, and their servers say it doesn't
exist:
$ dnsq ptr 192.234.115.203.in-addr.arpa. ns1.arc.net.my
12 192.234.115.203.in-addr.arpa:
100 bytes, 1+0+1+0 records, response, authoritative, weird ra, nxdomain
query: 12 192.234.115.203.in-addr.arpa
authority: 234.115.203.in-addr.arpa 86400 SOA ns1.arc.net.my dns.arc.net.my \
2001122101 10800 3600 604800 86400

(Note "nxdomain".)

Your caching resolver might have an old non-answer cached. Right now,
I get "my.server.is.on.i486.org" when I ask my resolver, and also when
I ask your servers directly. Clearing your cache might fix this.
