No (politcal) problem shrinking the text down.  Just need to figure
out the best way to do.  

What yahoo does is use a <font size=-1> around the normal text.

I don't know if we can slip the font size mechanism into the CSS
or not.  I would like to avoid prescibing an actual font size (i.e. 12 pt).
