True, I hadn't thought about that. Would it be big trouble to use *both* 
possibilities?

Like that: for any given Pkfile a Pkgfile.local from the same directory is 
applied. Additionally, if pkgmk is running inside the /usr/ports hierarchy, 
check for /usr/ports/local/base/PACKAGE/Pkgfile.local.
