   A co-worker of mine had her computer "cleaned up" at Best Buy.  They
wiped the hard drive.  That'll do it!  She discovered afterwards that
the finer print in the service agreement provided erasure of the hard
drive as an option to achieve the solution she was seeking.  Of course,
they charged her fairly handsomely for the procedure.
