It doesn't work if your client is an AOL subscriber. They don't have SMTP.
I'm not about to say you can't be a customer of mine and use your domain as
the reply if you're on AOL, or you have to get a web based email account
like Hotmail and set the reply-to address to your domain and send from
there.
Hopefully, AOL will soon have SMTP, but for now, they don't.
